The Pool and Recreation Area is owned by Gingerville Manor Estates and use of these amenities is NOT included in the Gingerville Woods HOA assessment.
Gingerville Manor Estates invites Gingerville Woods residents to become members of the Gingerville Pool and Recreation Area for an Annual Fee of: $525.00
The Gingerville Pool season typically runs from Memorial Day Weekend until Labor Day Weekend.
The Optional Gingerville Woods Pool/Recreation Membership term runs annually from May 1 to April 30 and must be renewed every year.
Gingerville Woods Pool/Recreation Members will have access to the pool and recreation area, including limited access to the Gingerville Website to be able to make Pavilion/Pool Party reservations and receive relevant emails.
This fee is due annually and must be collected prior to admission to the pool, along with all necessary
pool forms.
